The U is an interactive workbook, through which students will explore their own skills and qualities to help them confidently make choices for their future. The book is divided into 5 sections which reflect the current challenges facing young people today. In each section there is a full range of activities, real-life stories and advice that will help learners build on their talents, acquire new skills and develop positive habits. It is available in PDF format for learners to download directly from our website, meaning it can be completed offline at their own pace on any mobile device or laptop. Alternatively, you can request physical copies from us to complete with your learners.
